How to Use Our Online Shop on the Odoo Portal
Ordering through the Empathy by Plantworks online shop is quick and easy. Here’s how it works:
1. Browse Products
Use the main menu or search bar to find the products you need. Each item includes detailed descriptions, pack sizes, and downloadable resources.
2. Add to Cart
Select the quantity you want and click “Add to Cart.”
3. Review & Checkout
Once you’ve finished shopping, head to your cart to review your order. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to confirm delivery details and place your order.
4. Order Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. You can also track orders and download invoices at any time through the portal.
